This tool is NOT a medical product and does not offer medical diagnosis, assessment, treatment or rehabilitation services. It cannot replace professional medical advice, treatment plans or medication guidance from licensed physicians, psychologists or psychiatrists. This product is only for thought organization, task logging, brain dumping, energy scheduling, sensory regulation support and other productivity & mind-management purposes. It is not intended to treat, correct, cure or repair any neurodivergent traits. The platform will not make any medical judgment about your neurological features or mental health status. You acknowledge that all personal decisions, life arrangements and work choices made while using this tool are evaluated for risk and undertaken solely by yourself. You understand and agree that AI outputs from this platform cannot be used as grounds to decide whether to seek medical care, adjust medication or change treatment plans. If you experience physical or mental discomfort, please reach out to a licensed healthcare professional.
To register, subscribe and use this service, you must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. Minors are prohibited from registering accounts, accessing accounts, submitting personal information and purchasing any paid plans. You warrant that the registration information you submit (email address, etc.) is true, accurate and valid. If you register an account on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm you hold valid authorization to accept these full Terms of Service on its behalf. We reserve the right to request identity documents from users at any time to verify age and account ownership. If an account is verified to be used by someone under 18, we may immediately freeze the account, terminate all services, forfeit remaining AI credits in the account and issue no refunds whatsoever. This service is only available to users in regions where cross-border online subscriptions may be legally purchased. Some regions cannot access or buy paid plans due to local regulations, and we do not offer region unlocking support.
All plans are priced in US Dollars (USD). There are three officially launched subscription tiers plus one credit bundle planned and not yet available for purchase:
Monthly subscriptions auto-renew periodically and will automatically charge your linked payment method before the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription anytime from your Greem merchant dashboard. After cancellation, unused credits within the current billing cycle remain usable until the cycle ends, and no further charges will apply after the cycle concludes. Monthly plan credits reset on a fixed date each month. Unused monthly credits cannot be redeemed for cash, rolled over or extended across billing cycles. Annual plan credits are fully issued upon purchase, valid for 12 months, and any unused credits expire automatically at the end of the term with no compensation.
Credit deduction rules: One credit is consumed only when a valid AI response is successfully returned. If a server 5xx error, upstream DeepSeek API failure, network disconnect or service timeout prevents valid AI output entirely, no AI credit will be deducted. If the API successfully returns content — even if the AI output contains factual errors, bias, omissions, logical flaws or fails to match your expectations — this counts as a successful API call due to inherent limitations of large language models, and credits will be deducted normally. We log every API call including timestamp, consumed credits, request and response status for credit accounting, troubleshooting and abuse detection.
You have a 7-day refund window starting from the order creation time of your paid plan. Within 7 days after purchase and with minimal AI credit usage (≤10 credits consumed), you may submit a refund request via our designated platform email. If approved, funds will be refunded to your original payment method. We reserve the right to deny refunds if more than 10 credits are consumed within 7 days, the request is submitted after the 7-day window, or you have made heavy use of core platform functions. Once the one-time credit bundle launches, the same 7-day / 10-credit rule will apply once credits begin to be consumed.
You agree not to file malicious chargebacks, false disputes or groundless complaints. If you submit false or fraudulent chargebacks/disputes through Greem or your card issuer, we will submit complete website access logs, AI usage records, order records and terms-of-service acceptance records as evidence for defense. If the payment provider rules this a malicious chargeback, we reserve the right to permanently ban your account, clear remaining credits, and pursue recovery of related damages including chargeback fees, evidence collection costs and legal expenses. Legitimate, genuine disputes will be handled in good faith following payment provider rules.
When using this service, you agree to abide by these rules: do not use crawlers, scripts, automated programs or bots to farm AI credits in bulk; do not use the service to generate illegal, violent, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, infringing, harassing, threatening or false defamatory content; do not share, resell, rent or transfer your account, and do not allow multiple users to share a single paid account; do not reverse-engineer, scrape or copy the platform’s frontend code, functional logic or page copy; do not attempt to bypass credit validation or tamper with frontend/backend APIs to alter credit counters; do not use this service to train third-party large language models. If automated systems or manual review detect any violation, we may suspend or permanently ban your account, void all remaining credits, and issue no refund. We continuously monitor API request frequency and apply rate limits for excessive bursts of requests, abnormal IP switching and bulk account activity to prevent resource abuse.
Copyright for the website interface, page text, UI design, functional logic and brand marks belongs to the project developer. Intellectual property rights to text, thoughts, notes you enter in the tool, plus AI-generated outputs created for you, belong solely to you. To deliver the service, your input content is forwarded to the DeepSeek API for AI response generation. Except when legally compelled (court subpoenas, statutory regulatory requirements), we will not publicly disclose, sell or share your private input content. We may use anonymized conversation data, with all personally identifiable information removed, for platform improvements and model refinement. If you do not wish anonymized data to be used for product iteration, email us to opt out of this collection. You warrant that all content submitted by you to the platform does not violate third-party copyright, portrait rights, privacy or other intellectual property rights. You will bear full liability for disputes arising from infringing content uploaded by you.
We strive to maintain stable service but do not guarantee zero downtime, zero latency or error-free operation. Temporary service unavailability or slow response caused by upstream DeepSeek API failures, third-party CDN and network fluctuations, scheduled server maintenance, security upgrades, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events (natural disasters, carrier outages, regional network blocks) constitute normal technical limitations. We offer no cash compensation, credits or refunds for such events. We will attempt to announce planned maintenance in advance; emergency repairs may happen without prior notice. In the event of prolonged widespread outages (over 24 consecutive hours of inaccessibility), we may evaluate and optionally grant a small credit compensation. Such compensation is not an entitlement and remains at our sole discretion.
AI-generated content is for reference only. AI outputs may contain factual errors, omissions, inaccuracies, logical gaps and deviations from real-world conditions. AI cannot fully understand your complete real-life context and is not a replacement for independent human judgment. You must verify AI outputs yourself. All choices, actions and plans made based on AI content are taken at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to lost income, work delays, failed plans, emotional distress or data loss. You agree not to file large claims solely on the basis that AI outputs failed to meet your expectations.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account email and login credentials. All actions performed under your account are deemed actions of the account holder. Contact support immediately if you detect account compromise or unusual login activity. We securely store your conversation logs and notes, but do not guarantee permanent indefinite preservation of your user data. We may delete your user data within a reasonable period after account cancellation or ban. Logs required by law will be retained as mandated by regulation. You may email us to request account deletion. Upon deletion, unused credits expire immediately with no refund.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Terms page with a revised date. For material changes, we will attempt to notify users via their registered email. Your continued access, login or use of the website constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must stop using the service and may apply for a refund under our original refund rules.
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable laws of the United States. All disputes arising from this service will be adjudicated under relevant US law. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved in the designated jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, both parties waive the right to participate in class actions. You may only bring claims in your individual capacity and may not join or participate in class litigation.
